Good day...banged up a nice loud Cobra
I will say, I do like the 03-04 Cobras a lot. This guy thought he owned the road, I watched him drive ( I stayed behind for awhile) down the road jumping on his car and trying to race every poor soul he got a light with. Car sounded real good and the SC was making a lot of noise so he had something going on....problem was he couldn't drive it
I got a light with him just by chance, he looked over and starred at the Kompressor emblem...looked at me and i just smiled. light goes green, I stab it and the poor soul in the Cobra like a guy on his first date does a big burnout and loses miserably...not even a ricer fly-by afterwards
He then drove normally for the duration of his trip down the road![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
I love this big-pig Benz!

I bet it was a posi or steggie ported eaton, some where in the neighborhood off 500rwhp. You do have to be a descent driver to get the most out of the terminators. Good run bro

I was a Mustang guy years back...built a pretty crazy all forged SC'd 4.6, car was great on a Dyno but never worked as far as putting the power down. I do have a sweet spot for the lil stangs though....they just produce the perfect exhaust note

99 ford lightning
we were next in line with the 03-04 unported eaton record and we were the heaviest. 10.88 the average joe would of been lucky to run a high 11 in that car if they jumped in the seat.
i tuned this car

However, even with the '99 making correct power, the LS1 powered cars were still faster.

no surprise. It is hard as **** to launch a 6 spd 03/04 Cobra with a factory IRS without slicks, especially on the street. I took me 5 years to launch my car and I know it will still probably run 0.3-0.5 quicker if I had more seat time at the track. Even with 315 mickey tompson drag radials I can still smoke them through 90 mph if you want to act like a jackass with 650 ft lbs of trq at the wheels lol

Found a pic, this is him and his dad in the background kneeling. Has a 427 small block ford in it. It was some old ladies car they found while driving around Arizona. Used to be a straight 6.

Cause fairmonts are tin cans on wheels. My buddy built one and has a 4XX ford motor in it and races some class with it now. Damn thing was like 2600 lbs or something silly. Factory aluminum bumpers even if I remember right. lol
