Weird rattling noise in engine bay

Weird rattling noise in engine bay
Hey all. A few days ago, I was at a buddys house hanging out. When I went to leave, I started my car, and I heard a little ratting/"ting" or "pinging" like sound. The sound is pretty faint and sounds like rattling to me but my cousin says it sounds almost like a chirp or squeak to him. I swear it's coming from my EC 172 pulley but not sure why or even if that is where it is actually coming from. Again, the sound is not very loud at all but definitely audible. I will try to make a vid of it as well asap. Please leave suggestions or comments on what you think this might be. Thanks

it will be the bearings going in one of the pulleys, you just need to find out which one and replace. most common is the idler, i had a similar noise only when cold and replace both idler pulleys and noise has not gone. Both pulleys had grease leaking from the bearings.

Nizzle I have same issue. I have noticed it is not there upon startup for a few seconds. I have heard in the past that the clutch is engage for a few seconds upon starting (don't mind being corrected if wrong). With that the lack of rattle while engaged I believe my issue is a clutch or shim issue.
Any thoughts?

I'm not sure. My small rattle is there all the time. Does not get louder or quieter under any certain circumstances. I believe heavily that it is an idler pulley but i will have to remove belts and start the engine in an attempt to narrow down the possibilities
