Now I just need to figure out the : hose sizes , connector sizes, and caps need....
FWIW - the first Ford tank I bought was too big (for later model SC fords), and now I have the 03-04 SVT tank. The 03-04 SVT tank holds slightly more than 3 cups of liquid.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Is there a way you can mock up a diagram on how you routed your cooling setup?

All came out pretty good though and now I'm just waiting on my EC H/E to get here.
I posted these in another thread but if anyone wants to eliminate the stock 'T' and put in a straight piece here are the two Dorman part numbers you need:
47095 : http://www.dormanproducts.com/p-27911-47095.aspx 3/4" union
47080 : http://www.dormanproducts.com/p-7184-47080.aspx 3/4" -> 5/8" reducer.
Got them both for under $8 at Advance.
I dont like using bypass caps, though MUCH easier in this instance I am always afraid they will just come apart. I had one do that to me in a 1990 Talon TSi and it sucked.
I am using the BMW PS res. for now, will see how that works out but I gotta be honest that BIP trunk tank is sexy, may have to have one of those

Will report back once I get her on the road.
Regards

(1) Kit requires you to remove your rain gutter / plastic piece on the hood
(2) The filter used is basically gauze and by no means a real air filter...forget about a carbon impregnated filter like is is supposed to be
(3) The fittings and lines are not as pictured (Pearlpower upgraded that on his own)
(4) Buy the tank from Dads (the company that actually makes the tank) if you really want to go that route and avoid the markup and hassle....
