Rust colored dust from sc pulley and wobbly crank pulley

So. I searched, and seems to be a million different posts about pulley problems.
Couple things.
First, I know our s/c's are electronically controlled, but the black bell housing just aft of the sc pulley, should that spin with the pulley even at idle? Is my sc constantly engaged?
Second. I've got rust colored dust flung outward from the sc pulley/clutch. Is that a sign if a bad bearing or bad clutch?
Last, my crank pulley has a slight wobble to it. Time for a new one I'm guessing?
The guy I bought the car from wasn't too knowledgeable on it. He said he bout it from a dude with an upgraded pulley and a tune and a few other little unrelated things. How can I tel what pulley I've got?
Lastly, heres a video showing the spinning bell housing at idle and rusty dust, and wobbly crank pulley. Kinda hard to see it though.

Also, when I drive next to a guard rail or something, I can hear kind of a whistling/whirring noise. Is this the "chirp" people talk about?
Im sorry I'm so unintelligent on this engine. All I know are VR6s.

you probably need some more shims on the sc pulley. pm me and will send you some. for the crank pulley i would recheck the torque on the bolt.
the black s/c part is spinning the other way so it is not engaged at idle.

the supercharger is not constantly engaged, may have sat for awhile at started to get surface rust between the drum and the clutch, and that is what you are seeing now.. if you dont hear a chirp or squeak when the clutch engages and the bearing is tight, it should be fine.

i would have the crank pulley checked immediatly.

the sound you hear could be perfectly normal.. could be bad as well, need a better description

I think it started "chirping" since I started this thread. When I pull up to stop lights now it squeaks repeatedly.

Problem is, idk if its an aftermarket crank pulley or sc pulley. I'd need to replace the crank pulley with the same one, to go with the tune..

Just spoke to the guy I got it from. He talked to his buddy who he bought the car from. Said its a kleeman pulley.
Is there anyway I can just buy another pulley without buying the $2k kit..? :/

Probably one of the bearings on the idlers are going bad.

Post up a video of the pulley. Many do have a slight wobble, but as stated above, check that bolt as you would hate to have a loose one.

My old 180mm pulley, nice and true.
