Kleemann modified E55 Dyno Results
With temperatures having settled down a bit, I scheduled some dyno time on AutoTalent's dynapack in Carson, CA. I know a lot of members here have run their cars on dynojets, and a lot of numbers have been published from that machine but I don't think I've seen any results from a dynapack yet.
Anyhow, here it is. Modifications include the 168mm pulley / Kleemann headers / AMG TB (80mm). The rest of the mods can be found in my signature. Car has a base tune from Kleemann and was running 91 octane pump gas.
I do have a "before" dyno on a dynojet. It's on another drive so I will add that here when I find it.
Air temperature was ~ 70F
Did not log IAT's, but I do have a AFR meter. At WOT the car was running 10.5.
A second run resulted in a higher tq figure: 534tq vs 528tq, but the hp was down slightly (446hp)
EDIT: I have added my dyno from OETuning's Dyno Dynamics Dyno of my car taken about 2 years ago. Running 91 pump gas and having performed no modifications at all.
TL;DR:
Stock: (avg of the two runs): 327.15hp/377.35tq
With Kleemann mods: (avg of the two runs): 450.8hp/531.8tq
Difference: 123.65hp/154.45tq
Again, as stated below, the two dyno readings have a variance in the way they read the power (also--calibrations) so take that into consideration when reading the numbers. Thanks.

Wow that's super low for those mods. A Member on this forum with kleeman pulley and headers put down over 480 HP and his TQ was over 600 on dyno jet.
He's the one with the bad a$$ alpha gt-r, maybe he will chime in

@Prada: I paid $100 for three pulls. The tech even waited for the car to cool down a bit between pulls as he saw that the car started to exhibit heatsoak. They were familiar with putting the car into dyno mode (something that I didn't even know had to be done on the MB). The facility is huge as well, so I was very happy. I've been taking my car there to have all my mods as well as maintenance performed as well.
My intentions will be to run the car on a dynojet in a few weeks once the facility that has it available has it back up and running. I think at that point it'll be a good comparison between the two dynos.

MBWorld Fanatic!
u might have a dead pump so log your intake temps and see how they look. The dyno you used reads hi,higher than a dynojet even and your car should of broke 500 on this dyno with your mods.
kleeman tunes for 11.8 top end and you are in the 10s with a dyno that dosnt even use the wheels on the car so it has less load than just spinning the car on a lift.
