Compounding pullies + Eurocharged + FTP

Ive been holding out to complete my build. Here it is.
Renntech 168 crank pulley
Kleemann headers, 1st cat delete - stock exhaust and cats
FTP injectors
FTP stage two fuel rail
Custom s55 82mm throttle body
Custom front mount cooler, Dads trunk tank, Meizere pump
Shardul belt wrap kit
Eurocharged tune and TCU

We started with just the mods and 168 pulley. This is the first dyno run.
442 tq. 492 hp

Added the Shardul smaller pulley. 517hp. 517tq

Thanks to Adam and Jerry for putting up with me today! Compounding the pullies works, but i dont know how big u can go before heat kills you.

Nice. Compounding pullies works, its been done on other platforms for years. Same thing could have been achieved with just a bigger crank pulley in your case.

You are right, but the Renntech 168 has been on there for 50k miles. Didnt want to risk the crank pulley failure. So, i wanted to add just enough to get into the 10,s. if i run a 10.99999. Im good.

Could not figure out the clutch and bypass. Now that Weistech supposedly has, maybe next year twin turbos?

That is easy.

25whp from the pulley is not bad at all. The torque is way low though, especially on the first run.

Was going to say the same about the torque.. You should be in the upper 500s wrtq with over 500 rwhp

Was having kickdown issues. Could not get it to load up at low rpm. It would just shift down to second gear. Had to wait till 3000 to get a pull in.

i had the same issue with the way my buddies dyno was reading my car the one day. its like the torque and hp numbers were flipped. i figured it was just the dyno and the way it was setup. im pretty sure my car did 474 hp, with 392 tq. on a stock car with a bad pump at the time. i tried arguing with him telling him something was wrong lol but insisted there wasnt

If you start high enough in the rpm band then torque may be lower, but it shouldn't be by much. Check out my old dyno:

My peak torque ( 556 ) was at about 3600rpm and it was still at 550ish at 4000rpm. Maybe the OP just needs a bit more timing down low.

I see why. Your Afr is too lean for me. I like mine a little safer. Detonation occurs at peak torque. So, i like to see 12 or below at that area. Yours appears to be well above 12. And it humps up right where the peak torque is.

The A/F ratio is not the problem, unless you are dumping fuel into the low 10's.
