Man that would suck big time. It makes it even worse when so many companies these days do not take responsibility for their products and are always quick to blame it on you. I wasn't looking at Cor wheels but I certainly wouldn't look now knowing this could happen and how they would approach the problem.

The inner ring, outer ring, and barrel might be forged but looking at those pictures I doubt the wheel face is forged. I would like to see the data acquisition information from the mustang.

Another thing that would intrest me is how they test the wheels and if there test procedures would stand inspection . Do they do load calculations ? Stress calculation ? What is the recording and monitoring system ? How are the test carried out ? Are the manufactures qualified in this area ?
These are things that would be asked in court and would need to be backed up with viable data , rather than we just desighn what looks good ...

COR should've just apologized and gave the guy his replacement wheel. it's not worth it to ruin your image over losing the X amount of dollars it costs to scrap a wheel.
