Seat air reservoir leak

Took my car in to look at my dynamic seats. Basically, when pressing the Pulse button, the red LED light starts flashing. Seats don't pulse.

Got a call just now and am told that there's a leak in the air reservoir.Sadly, this is excluded in my warranty... any type of "air leak".

Could this flashing red light be caused by something else? I'd like to ask the mechanic to re-diagnose the issue but offer some advice to what to look for.

Thoughts?

MB Greenway. I have a new service rep. The last one would have known to diagnose it differently to get the coverage. Sounds like I'll stick with busted dynamic seats until my next visit. I'll take it to Sugar Land to get it covered under warranty.

Meanwhile, Greenway is repairing a fuel sending unit, which triggered a CEL. I'm thiiiiis close to trading this car in.

somewhere in the seat, my tech plugged the hole while he checked it - since it was ~$600 (with discount) to replace the leaking bags...

if it was the driver's side I may have done it

This is my fourth (maybe fifth?) visit to the dealer in 13 months. A few weeks ago it was the airmatic level sensor throwing an error.

I love the car and it drives great. But it just feels that the damn thing (being 8 years old and all) is beginning to show its age. Small things... and on AMG none of it's cheap and each trip is a $100 deductible.

I've been looking at an 09 E63, those are under $50k. 2010's are too expensive, starting at $60k. Gah!

Here's my issue, haven't been able to sort it out.

I bought a used pump off the forums, and installed it.
With dynamic seats ON, when you start the car, the seats inflate, everything is good.
Drive about 5 minutes, and all of a sudden the seats deflate.
My "pulse" button also just blinks and blinks.

The above doesn't change with the dynamic seats switched to off either.
