On top of that fab tech customer service is Terri le takes two days to reply and it a terrible instruction on help

Chalk this up to cheaper is not always better. I understand that everyone wants a deal (including myself) but sometimes you have to pay more to get the good stuff.

Very true... in my case I didnt buy this cuz they were cheaper... price had nothing to fo with it,jjust wanted to have that cf thing going on with my tubes... but when you have a crappy company making something it will be crap..
