I've gotten out of 9. Ticketed twice. Nothing is guaranteed but getting out of one pays for itself, from ticket cost to traffic school to your time to insurance premium hikes to hiring a lawyer

does it come with the leather valet with CHP star - ins and registration holder for the car?

ie - did you just buy the frame on ebay or did you buy into as an original member?

...or if you can buy a KA 4993 plate holder, that would be much better. It's what CHP employees and their families run. I've never gotten a ticket while rocking it.

The frame doesnt work nearly as well as the CHP sticker I have on the back of my license. Works even better, because the frame is obvious and many people fake it. The sticker on the other hand, not so common.
