Benzworks Headers - No Rub, Big Power

Benzworks is no stranger to MB & BMW owners here in southern California. For a while now, Benzworks has offered their customers excellent maintenance & fabrication work - custom headers, 2 piece brake setups, coilover solutions, custom IC tanks, fuel rails, etc. I had Serge & Nick build me a set of their notorious stainless steel headers. Others heard about the headers and how happy I am, that they have been PMing me about price and group buys. I spoke to Serge & Nick and they are willing to do a Group Buy for MBWorld.

Here are a few details :
(1) 304 Stainless Steel
(2) 16 gauge tubes (nice and thick)
(3) 5/8" thick stainless steel flange
(4) 3" Burns collector
(5) 1 7/8" primaries
(6) No rub / fitment issues
(7) 50 whp +
(8) Optional bung for wideband (I have mine on the #8 runner)
(9) Lifetime warranty and guarantee !!

** Pics to follow shortly
MSRP - Benzworks : $2999.00 e55 and $3500 for c63 / e63 (NA)
Group Buy of 10 or more : $2500 e55 and $2900 for c63 / e63 (NA)
(1.)
(2.)
(3.)

The e63 and c63 are a tad different (longer) than the 55k and cost $400 more for the group buy.

I don't work for Benzworks, so I don't have any videos or dyno graphs to show, but I am sure Serge or Nick can post a bunch.

I'll vouch for Serge and the entire team at Benzworks. Good group of guys, all very knowledgable and professional.

These headers are top-notch and really light a fire under the E's azz .. So I've heard anyways

The problem is these are hand-made and you are talking such low volumes, there really is no way around the price (that much)....I was the CEO of a large automotive company that made killer headers for the Japanese import scene, we could sell them significantly cheaper than these hand made pieces, but we also sold several thousand units a month.

The AMG platform is just a niche, which is one of the reasons the prices are so high. Frankly at $2500, these headers should be flying off the shelf and those that know, can vouch for the quality.

So its $2500 and it doesn't have an x-pipe or anything. What happens after the 3" collector since at least the MBH's and ARH's are bolt on with an x-pipe and they are hand made as well.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the mid pipe & X pipe are extra $$$ from MBH (unless things have changed since I bought my headers)

They are for MBH, but are still available and within their group buy, the pricing was pretty good. My point was more along the lines of what are the solutions for this given none were stated. These benzworks headers could be the holy grail, I'm just trying to figure out what they are offering within the group buy.

Correct and as I stated above if someone wants to get the mid / X pipe / H pipe option Benzworks can do that too....Although I'd love to have the X pipe, I want to keep my second cats and not have a luxury car that stinks.

Comparing apples to apples, these are the best fitting, best performing, least costly option I found....

They have a few sets, but will be making more depending on demand...Problem is the market (e55) is uber small...
