Hi

Jerry from Eurocharged is away on a business trip in London. He will be back around the 12th of March and will start returning all emails and PM's then. If it is something of an urgent nature perhaps try phoning up Eurocharged?

Regards,

OZZYAMG

Quote: No, no wideband required. The ECU is tuned via Lamda values and that is what we will pull from the OBDII port. Lambda is converted into AFR by multiplying the value by 14.7.

0.779v = 11.45 AFR

I know Jerry is overseas....but maybe some else knows. I'm assuming the above table contains target or commanded values, and you'll still need a WB for actual AFR?

Quote: We are finishing up a few detailed areas of the software and once this is done I will let everyone know.

We are also testing a version of the software that will allow the end user to make a few changes to their own tune. We will provide a base tune and the user can change a few key maps to tailor the tune to their specific needs.

Ignition: + or - 3 degree maximum in a specified load range
Fueling: Specify a lambda value for part and full throttle fueling maps
RPM Limiter: Specify a RPM Limit for Manual Mode
Top Speed: Debating on adding this...the base tune takes care of it but you never know.
Map Sensor Voltage: Adjust the maximum value

This version of the software will not be free and will be available shortly after our initial release.

The hard part is determining what we should allow the user to do.... for obvious reasons.
Jerry, ETA on this ^^^^^?

Quote: The software is officially ready for release. We will start shipping the kits and put up a download link when I return from our London tuning day on the 11th.

I'll be tied up while I'm there so we wanted to wait until I got back.

Thanks!

Wow, looks like great software! Out of curiosity will the programmer pull codes off of other vehicles?

I'm still not clear on where the OBDII data logs are stored? Do you have to drive around with your laptop connected, or is it somehow stored in the adapter cable/interface

good question...Honestly don't know. We have all the logic and drivers for mb, some of which may well read from other vehicles

not yet sir, still working on the details on that one. We are just wrapping up the datalogging testing and on to the final testing on the tuning modification next.

The primary reason I bought this was for the data logging, where do I send this extra "Data logging software fee"?

Just got the Eurocharged tune on my E55. Couldn't be happier! Great price, awesome service, fast turnaround. The beast is running much smoother now and pulls harder than ever.
