I just got your email 5 min ago. Never receive the other emails. I try to call you and left a message but no one return my call.
So what you are telling me is that you sent me the WRONG FILE? Now you just sent me the correct file?

Weird, my software updated once I opened it. Data logging is available on mine now, too. Maybe delete and re-download the software from the USB drive provided from Eurocharged?

1. Catless V4 for the headers
2. V4 Tune - for stock headers
3. In your email you requested an additional file for future mods. It was included too.
I sent them all in separate emails.
I received a confirmation from the yahoo server that the file was received by there servers. I did not receive a READ receipt as requested, so I cannot verify that you received all 3 files.
If there is anything else, please call the shop.

Looking for Eurocharged shop in North Jersey
I’m sure some of you have heard about this over the past few months, but I wanted to formally introduce the software to the community.
Over the past few years we have been using an OBDII cable to do remote tunes for our customers. This has allowed us to reach out to customers in other parts of the world and provide them with the same tune they would get locally! About a year ago, we started looking into ways to improve on this concept and make it more efficient and user friendly. Well, we succeeded and the new version of this software is almost ready for public release.
Euro-Flash is the next generation software package for the Mercedes! It will have full OBDII Data Logging, OBDII Code Reading / Clearing, and you can flash your own car with encoded files sent via email! Customers will be able to data-log AFR, Timing, Boost, IAT’s, RPM, Throttle Position, ETC and our software will create a file that is easily readable.
It’s never been easier to get a custom tune!
Here are the top 10 benefits when you go with Eurocharged over the competition:
1.) No need to send out ECU
2.) No need to buy an expensive tool
3.) No need to pay loaner tool fee’s
4.) Real Time Data Logging
5.) OBDII Code Reading and Clearing
6.) Updated Tunes sent via email
7.) Dyno Tuning is much easier
8.) Customer Support
9.) TCU Flashing will be supported in a future release
10.) Swapping Tunes at the track takes only a few minutes
This software has been tested on the following ECU’s:
ME 2.8 / ME 2.8.1 (320 series, 500 series, 32AMG, 55AMG, SRT6, etc)
ME 2.7.1 (2003-2006 V12’s 600/65)
Still having trouble deciding on which tuner to go with? We are now offering very attractive pricing on our tunes.
55 AMG - $399 (Cable included)
600 - $499 (Cable included)
65 AMG - $499 (Cable included)
2000-2006 MB’s not mentioned above - $350 (Cable included)

Just tried bunch of times to flash mt car. No success. Now the car is stuck in recovery mode, so it won't start.
I can't do the update to the program either not sure why.
When trying to install the factory or performance tune I get 1-5% and it kicks out with a USB error. Then resets and says its ready again but does the same thing.
I'm sure Jerry has a fix...... Just gotta get it.
Anyone else have problems updating the software( when you first launch the program)?
Glad I wasn't planning on driving it this weekend!

Make sure you right click on the icon on your computer and run as administrator. Try to run the update then and see if that helps. I had the same problem at first but got an email back from them pretty quickly but that was during the week. I don't know if they answer emails on the weekend's?

I've tried different things , voltage is 12, I did get the program to update running in admin mode. With the new software you can't choose slow or fast , at least that I can see. Waiting to hear back from EC as I'd like to drive the car and feel the difference the tune makes b

OK, downloaded the latest software, ran as Admin to download update which appeared to go well. Yet, still, cannot connect. Loaded drivers both manually and using the Instal Driver option under HELP. Changed Ports from 1 to 2. Cycled key. Yet still nothing. Keep in mind this is the same computer, same everything I used to flash this car just a couple of months ago. New software is the only change.....

I actually had a problem like that at first which was odd since I mentioned it to Jerry and sent the file to him and he opened it in Word with the file ending labeled as .csv and resent it to me looking perfect.
I deleted the log and redid some new logs the next day and had them open in excel and it looked perfect. There was an update that loaded when I opened the software at my house first while on wifi so don't know if that changed anything or if something was just screwy with what I did at first. But the files saving as .csv and opening in excel look like this.
This was during a dyno I did recently. Dyno info on the monitor said 95f if anyone was curious for the intake temps on this 3rd gear pull. It got worse on the next pull starting at 122 and ending at 165, power was down at like 450whp too, sucked. Also there has been an update to the datalogging software that now diplays psi as well as the Kpa number for boost so it isn't confusing and needing work to figure out how much boost is being ran.
Also Jerry if/when you see this, is it possible to have the actual timing correction logged, so you can see how much timing the car is making but also how much it is retarding the timing?

I wonder why IAT1 is so far off....I hope the other values are more accurate.

Like I mentioned in my post, there was an update to the software after I took that log, I didn't do any more recent logs to show you though. It now shows 2 columns for boost, one with a KPa reading which you see in my log that Jerry likes to use since that is what he deals with in the tune and then one with psi to the right of it. The IAT columns are first one in celcius and the 2nd in Fahrenheit, that is why there is a difference, I just didn't have the column shifted over so you could see the C at the end.
As for converting the KPa to psi you multiply the KPa by .145, technically it is actually .1450377, then subtract 14.5 (atmospheric pressure) to get psi
So for example at 5020rpm it was at 179KPa so (179x.145)-14.5=11.45psi
But like I said, the sofware will automatically give a psi reading now in another column.

We are also testing a version of the software that will allow the end user to make a few changes to their own tune. We will provide a base tune and the user can change a few key maps to tailor the tune to their specific needs.
Ignition: + or - 3 degree maximum in a specified load range
Fueling: Specify a lambda value for part and full throttle fueling maps
RPM Limiter: Specify a RPM Limit for Manual Mode
Top Speed: Debating on adding this...the base tune takes care of it but you never know.
Map Sensor Voltage: Adjust the maximum value
This version of the software will not be free and will be available shortly after our initial release.
The hard part is determining what we should allow the user to do.... for obvious reasons.

Ok everyone Im a newbie I have had my 04 E55 for a year now and Im ready to do some mods. I dont know much about these cars but I stay up late every night reading old posts and threads so please be patient. Should I go with the EC stage 1 or this new tuning option I have replaced the stock headers and cooling system. Where do I start?
