I received the Flash Cable and euroflash software. easy to set up amd Jerry got a file back to me in no time.

Question on datalogging. I purchased it and upon trying to data log it say unable to verify vin...

I am having the same issue with the data-logging. I was having problems updating everything once i downloaded the software. I had to right click and run as administrator to update correctly. I had to email them on figuring that out but they responded quickly. I cant wait to get some more mods to wake this pig up.

Same here Peter. I have tried calling, Emailing, and PM's, and got nothing. I still haven't even gotten my tune file even though I sent the file from my car in March 23rd. Whats going on Eurocharged??

You have to click on the "vehicle reflash" button, then hit "select" file and then go and find your "datalog" file that they gave you and load that. Then you can go click the "datalogging" button and it will load in that file and verify the vin. You will have to do this every single time you want to datalog.

So again, vehicle reflash button ----> select button ---->(your name datalogging file)---->datalogging button----> start logging button----->choose your logging blocks------>record logging and let it rip-------->stop recording------>choose where you want the log to be saved and give it a name in the box that pops up to save a .csv file---->open in MS Word to view log

No, not that I know of, still working on it. Jerry said he was adding something in this week I believe. There are probably a few people messing with it testing but don't think he is ready to sell the completed version yet.

John, we have not received any files from you. Can you resend the information directly to Jerry? The data logging portion is available as an update from the tool. Open your software again and it should inform you of the available update.

We have processed over 115 of these tunes in the past 40 days with every tune being processed within 24 hours. If you do not receive your file back within 24 hours please follow up and make sure we did receive it.


Peter, we are closed on the weekends. If you have not gotten an email back please let me know so I can address it. What is your email address so I can search the system for non replied messages? I don't show any messages with "pete" or "peter" in them.

Last Wednesday I left you a message with your front desk to call me back ASAP and an email "Subject RE: Config file" concerning a tune file name "Catless V4" I ask for a retune file without the ARH Long tube headers (car is now completely stock) and the file I received was named "Catless V4" I just want to verify with you guys that this is the correct file before I load it. If it not to much of a hassle please verify that this is the correct file you sent me. The way you name the file is what concerned me. thanks

I think Eurocharged have been absolutely flat out over the last week or so. I was a little concerned as well but after not hearing from my favourite man Jerry so I phoned them up and I was put straight through to Adam and I asked Adam if everything was ok and he assured me both Jerry and Eurocharged are well!

I then had a couple of questions I needed answered and Adam attended to these immediately and also emailed me the information I needed as well.

My guess is that Jerry is working hard on a couple little projects and trying to get them out of the way and put his life back to normal.

Jerry and I exchanged a few Emails today and he and eurocharged are indeed well. I agree, as busy as Jerry usually is, maybe he has a little project he's working on.

They are supposed to be able to remotely flash the TCU soon which is what I am really wanting.

OK, so powered up the old laptop, opened up the program, no update, no datalog, nada. What am I missing here? Same as it was 2 months or so ago when I last used it.

My email explained that the CATLESS is meant for cars with no cats. I attached a V4 Tune meant for cars with cats.
