I decided since i wanted to get down to 4100lbs i needed to get serious about dropping weight. What better way than a 3.9lb carbon fiber race seat.

Not sure on the weight of the E55 seats but i've heard they're heavy. I figured with the steel sleeves i've added 20lbs easy plus some other odds and ends i'll be adding with be another 40lbs so this seat takes all that away pretty quick. I was at 4400lbs before so every little bit helps.

That is the seat lol. Kinda blew me away how light and fragile looking it is but I've tested it out already and it's way stronger than it looks. Now the fun part will be mounting it.
