E63 Biturbo vs Tesla Model S
Has anyone seen any of the vids on the Tesla Model S? They show the Model S beating a Viper, E63 biturbo and even the F10 M5. But the time and trap here doesn't look like it would beat a stock E55.
What do you guys think?I know this is a tuned E63, but look at the ET/trap.

No typo.
They say that the Model S has already beaten those cars in stock form. Stock to Stock. And remember, it's an electric car.

Damn. That takes a WHILE to charge... Is it 110 or 220 volt? I always kind of digged completely silent supercar, but I would take that E63 AMG any day of the week..

The battery is actually like 40 grand. Also if you don't keep it plugged in and it goes dead in a couple weeks it needs a new battery at 40 grand.
I drove to St Louis with my buddy in his flatbed to pick up a totaled Tesla to bring to the Chicago Tesla shop in hopes the battery was still good. They're big bucks.

what do they run a 12.3 @ 112? at the track that would be a good race for a e55 do to traction issues. From a rolling start a stock E55 would crush it. But I have to say Im not mad at the tesla model S I was looking them up the other day. They are extremely impressive automobiles.

S550 Clogged Cowell Drain
I'm new to the site and not much of a techie. I recently discovered water underneath my carpet on the front passenger side of my S550. The dealership estimate for repair is about $3000.00 and my insurance company has denied the claim citing a manufacturers defect in the s series Can anyone shed any light on this issue and how I should proceed with this situation? Very Frustrated!

Yeah, I was supposed to be there, but I found my diff had a leak. So I went to the Chile Cookoff instead. Don't remember much from that day.

2) find the right section to post in, you need to be in the W221 section, NOT W211 AMG
Here's where you need to post your question:

First thing I would do is post in a Tesla Model S thread.

Yes it was fun! Nothing but a huge party with a bunch of hot country girls in little shorts drunk off their azzes. I'm gonna make sure I'm better prepared for next year. I live right down the street from it.

Be careful you don't walk away with a leaking rear from too much spicy chile, even a single drip can ruin my day. I can see you were forced to cool your mouth off and wash it down with a nice selection of beverages.
As far as the Tesla, I've heard there is close to no loss in power transfer in the electric motors but they flatten out quickly. In some cases separate motors for each wheel so they can launch pretty hard.

That's funny! All the years I've gone, I don't think I've ever had any chile while I was there. They normally start tailgating at 4am. So by 8am everyone is trashed. I got there at 8 and it took 2 hours to get in. So I got started late.
