I don't doubt you could make that much power out of the stock manifolds, but it'd be very hard on the engine with all that back pressure and I personally wouldn't do it.

How do you know how much power they're good till since neither you or anyone else have made that much power out of one of these engines?
I kid I kid , I'd buy that kit today if it'd fit an SL.

Does this come with every routine service at BIP? Guess you will find the limits of the stock bottom end soon then. Unless you don't have a built trans. Then it's a toss up as to which will go first

I'd think the relatively "gentle" engagement of turbos vs the violent "right now!" nature of the supercharger will have the tranny breathing a big sigh of relief. Now the drive shaft, on the other hand, that might be getting a job at Wetzel's Pretzels in the nearest shopping mall.
