So you mean the most important part of the project?
Fab is the "easy stuff," the tuning is what brings it all together.
Also sounds like if IPS and Eurocharged gets this thing pumped out in not to much time Mr. Ted Baldwin will have another E55 pushing in to the shop right after this one.

To be clear, are you saying you believe the first "kit" or one off being done soon will be more money invested either by customer or shop or both but after they get it all figured out then "kits" to follow would be in the $10k range if people were interested?

Right, obviously R&D will be expensive. The shop is taking most of the hit. The customer will just pay for parts I believe for being the donor. They want to offer the kit to the customer (future) at a $10,000 price point or lower. Hell, I paid $7800 for a bunch of Kleemann stuff and was no where near that HP!

What's funny is in the other thread people where going on about how nobody would tune a setup like this. Surprise surprise EC is willing to take it on. It's funny how many haters are on these forums and they never seem to be the ones with real work put into their vehicles.

As long as it takes. I know the rewards with the twins on my E will be well worth it in the end. I'm stoked as all get out.
Rome wasn't built overnight and I'm surely not expecting this build to be a quick throw together. I have complete faith in these guys. Thu know exactly what they are doing and I'm glad Jerry is fully onboard.
This car is going to be an absolute animal once done.

Initially no I will not be upgrading the internals. I'm wanting to see just how much the stock motor can take with twins and the tune. Once and if the engine pops or we fear it will then internals will be done and the wick turned up to see just how far the engine can go. Turbos will be way less heat and stress on the engine so I'm not really going to be worried until the 750+rwhp mark.

That's the plan. In talking with IPS, we are wanting to have the kit done and tuned and running before any pictures are posted or anything. The reason being is that the feeler is out there and the interest is there but don't want pics floating around and then something happens that the kit is not up to far and superior quality or any other snag. Want a good working kit for the unveil and with that said I think the kit will sell good with good results and awesome power.
I'm thinking around 12psi which is just a tad over stock that the twins will be far superior to the whipple 3.0. I'm guessing at least 200whp more than the stock charger and 100more rwhp than the whipple. Does anyone even know what the whipple boost is at from Weistec yet?
I know I'm hoping to reliably run around 15psi and unsure of turbos yet but just know that everything in this kit will be top of the line.
Please everyone remain patient. Updates will come . It will def be worth the wait.
