Nearly all of my 60s were 2.0+... since there was only a handful of people there they never prepped and all I could do was rely on the traction control. Also, with the threat of rain and the slightly higher temp (81°F), the DA was horrid at 2800ft. This track is normally 11-1200, lol. Using the DA compensation calculator that NHRA uses for SuperStock classes and such, it comes out to 11.62@122.2.
Overall, I'm a little disappointed but it was my first time out in this car and I know improvements can be made. With a better track/tire and good air, I'd like to see an 11.3-11.4@124.
Thanks
Mods are coming! Looking into untuned meth as well after I read about your results
I've been working with Craig at BIP and I have ID1000s and twin 340s on the way. Switching over to e85 since it's very common in my area and I run it on my Regal and one of my Cobras. After that, I'll likely be building a trunk tank setup and I'm looking into the meth on top, as mentioned. This trip was more of a baseline so I know what to focus on and before BIP gets their hands on the tune.
