Angry Bad luck with an "IPT Performance Transmissions"

Unfortunately, here is another issue with an IPT:- http://www.importperformancetrans.com/,

contacted with "John", he’s soo delay response with Emails,

i sent to him my Valve body since "5/15/2013", i made the payment right away since "5/15/2013", then he told;

he sent the V/B on "5/21/2013" through USPS, didn’t receive it until now, USPS office here said;

the shipper may send the package with incorrect address,,

i also send to him my tq. converter to modified it in "6/11/2013", as a previous mistake forgettable of the V/B,

but i made another big foolish of Restore confidence,

they not gives any sign of care about been a good customer to them,

don’t know why that careless happen to the good reputation companies.....!!,,

this is a promise to mentioned & warning about a careless people & shops who we should to careFUL to deal with.....!!!

I don't wish to engage in an internet pissing match, however, as you and I both know, your package was shipped to the exact address that you had requested for it to be shipped.

If you want to go on the internet and besmirch my company, I can post both a copy of the email that you sent me with your shipping address and an image of the shipping label that was generated with the exact same address. You have already seen the label...

If there was a problem with shipping, it was because you provided the wrong address, your local post office made a mistake, OR you weren't there to receive it with multiple delivery attempts (this, as you know, is what the post office stated)

Ooh, great then pls. provide the Emails & the copy of the document,

my wrong phone #(which i have 2 zeros not 3), & Fax # you put it (which i even not mentioned in my Emails),

if you type it wrongly, i believe its NOT my mistake....!!

I went "2" times to the local post office, and they said the shipper didn't

provide the correct receiver info., and didn’t contact us,,

for that we wait for the shipper correction, but no responded,

that’s why we return the package to the shipper(as a fully incorrect info.),

since 6/19/2013.....?!?!?!?!

You said; [[your a repair company not a shipping company and thus, have no control over it,]],

sure i know that, but as i said to you:

you are a Qualified & great reputation company, that should have a REAL hard deal with a shipping company,

cause that will reflect the good & fast quality service to any good customers that you will gain.....

im NOT seeking for a money refund or something,

i'm & all respectFUL members here, searching for Qualified & honest business,

not for almost "2" months time wasted....!!>>??>>!!

My contact # in the document is wrong(i have 2 zero’s not 3),

and i did not mentioned the Fax #, cause i don't have it either...!!

i sent an item to one of my friends before, when he doesn’t receive it, i concerned that its my problem, cause i should have a real contact with shipping company, to clear my side fastly & clearly,,

Hi again,

In all due respect sir, the package was sent to the exact address that you provided us. I have the shipping document right here. I have attached it to this email.

Secondly, I was told by the post office that delivery was attempted but you were not present to accept the package and that this is why it was left at your local post office.

Thirdly, I am a repair shop, not a shipping company and thus, have very little control over what happens to a package once it is picked up by the post office, other than trying to contact them if there is a problem, which I did as soon as I was made aware of it.

Furthermore, when contacted the post office and they said nothing about a receiver correction being needed. Once again, I clearly put the exact receiver information that you provided me with.

I don't understand why you would suggest that I'm "playing games" As a business, what benefit is it to me to do anything other than provide my customers with a quality product?

Please advise as to what you would like me to as what you would like done once the package is returned to us.

Regards, John

Hi,

They didn't tell me, nor does it say in the correspondence that I just received.

I would presume it was Abu-Dhabi because that is where it was sent but I'm not positive about where your local mail distribution center is.

Hi again,

The USPS has contacted me. Apparently your local post office made several attempts at delivery but no one was there to receive that package.

They are telling me that you will need to go to your local postal depot or post office with ID and the tracking info to claim the package.

Regards, John

I just came from the a local post office here, and this is the third time,,

they said the USPS does not has an official office here in Abu-Dhabi,

they usually deliver packages to the local courier company named "Empost",

i went to them, and they said we contact the customer through there phone# or mob. #,

we didn’t contact with a customer through the Tracking #,,

the companies which follows the Tracking # should to have an international branch here,

such as( DHL-FEDEX-UPS),,

*can’t blame me if you INCORRECTLY wrote my mob or phone #....!!

John, I worked with you on a DSM transmission years ago. What sort of product/service are you offering for say an E55? Benefits? Cost?

Sounds like you were opening up orifices on this guys valve body, essentially a shift kit?

Angry IPT Bad Company, Transmission, Customer Service

I have a performance '05 xt Subaru. I had IPT build a Seat5 for it. Things went wrong from the beginning. I live on the west coast and they said they could build it and ship it out. I sent them my old tranny. This was done through a great shop in Idaho. This started in May 2015. The tranny was not installed till Sept. 2015. It had to be returned to them 2 times. It was installed and taken back out 3 times by my shop. The excuses ranged from using an inferior part due to lack of availability, to them breaking wires of sensors during the rebuild. IPT sent valve body and sensors out 3 times. It has never performed as advertised. John would not answer the phone or return phone calls. My shop tried everything to get it to work well. I am stuck with a $7000 lemon. My shop asked for compensation for having to test and take the tranny out 3 times. They finally got $1000 from IPT. I asked for compensation and got nothing except the cold shoulder. This tranny does not work. It creates slip in the 4x4 system. It shifts very hard in 1st gear. I only asked for a refund of some of the money so I could take it to another local shop to see if they could fix it. I was shut out. Do not use this company. for the Seat5.

You joined an Mercedes forum to ***** about your Subaru?? GTFO

However, had you joined legacygt.com, you can find a gentleman with the screen name climberd who does wonderful things with the 5eat transmission in outbacks and Legacy GTs. He may be able to help you.
