I wish I kept up with the W211 forum a bit better.
If I'd known Jerry was coming over I'd have my car back on the road a bit quicker.

2004 E55K AMG Wagon
Today was fantastic!
Just got back, what a day so much fitted in and the level of cars there was astounding.
The guys at MSL should be very proud they put on a real show piece, thumping bass and lights at the back. The improvised car wash from the girls in hot pants! The police that had a great sense of humour, the exhaust pops, food and drink on tap, the dyno was in a great position for all the spectators and of course the weather with the temps dropping about 10f from yesterday.
The M157's Biturbo's stole the show on the dyno but the two matching white C63 black series that arrived together made quite an entry!
I get the feeling they could still be running the dyno well past midnight, cars just kept turning up.

Earlier that morning just arrived and with the 2 black series and an SL63 Biturbo, my wagon was feeling a little intimadated until we got on the dyno and showed that a W211 E55 still holds some threat.

If you think its funny for you guys seeing Jerry sitting in the wrong seat it was even funny watching Phil trying to retrieve an ECU from a W211 E55 a subtle cough and whispered to him "IT'S ON THE OTHER SIDE"
