Bosch 010, FSC, and Meth?
Hey guys,
I think I want to run the new 77mm fixed supercharger pulley (equivalent to 180mm crank pulley) along with a belt wrap kit.
Do you think a meth kit, split cooling, and Bosch 010 will be enough to keep the IATs and heat in check? Does anyone have experience with Snow Performance's meth kits?

Yes it will be enough, meth can control a lot of heat. Just set it to come on around 9 psi or so and leave it be. Don't plan on tuning for it when it's set up like that, just use it for heat control.

Yes and yes.
I have a Snow Meth kit that I use with my Weistec'd car and its awesome. If you get Stage 3 kit, you can tune it to come on whenever you want it (boost/RPM) and you can modify the curve to be progressive.
I'm so into it, I'm getting a kit for my tow vehicle.

No, it's not the same thing although you can have another tank in the trunk for meth. What most folks call a trunk tank is a big reservoir mounted in the trunk for supercharger intercooler coolant. Meth is methanol (alcohol) sprayed into he intake tract to add a little extra octane and cool the intake air. The meth tank will need to be refilled since its a consumable (how often depends on how big a hero you are) while the coolant trunk tank won't need any maintenance unless there's a leak.

for what its worth I use "alky control" setup in my truck and I love it. Julio is an awesome guy to work with and will set you up with exactly what you want/need. just make sure that whatever kit you go with that you can run straight methanol thru the pump, the cheaper ones wont let you. IMO straight methanol is the way to go instead of windshield washer fluid and as far as availability goes if you got circle track guys that race around you get it from them, price should be about $3.50 - $4.00 a gallon
