A 2007 E63 P30 with 120k miles
Maintained as those who know me here on the forum, but it is after all an E63 with 120k miles on it.
I have no intention of selling, but posts like these tend to get the conversation going.
No mods beyond what those engineers from Affalterbach might have done.
The good thing is that you have a rare car that is hard to find (like a wagon) and well maintained. Also, it is not too easy for potential buyers to find many other candidates available for sale.

I sold my previous 06 E55 and regretted it completely. A year goes by, I bought my current 06 and I said I'd never sell it for anything, I love the car too much.
I drove two C63s, both with MBH headers and a tune. Let me tell you, I forgot about the E55 in a heartbeat. The C63s are just awesome and the sound, oh the SOUND with headers!
Stock for stock, I'd say they're just as fast as an E55 and they respond just as well to headers and a tune..If I were to ever sell my E55, it would be for a C63...a C63 BS would be ideal

Having said that, I probably won't sell my E55 for years to come...

Only mods would be a down pipe, tune, and wheels.

Given I live in CA, doing modifications is a pain. Yes the Weistec supercharger is CA certified, but to get the most from it you need to change to LT headers. And I would already have LT headers if not for being in CA.
The C63 suggestion would be good, if I fit. I don't.
I think the plan is a 2014 E63S in 2017. Let someone else take the hit in the early years.
The alternate would be to do an engine and tranny rebuild with the Weistec add on's when ultimately required and shoot for 500kmiles.
