Weistec vs Speedriven Blower
So the point of this thread is to get people with these kits to chim in. I know speedriven has a few more going on soon but only one running, so far it put down good power with no issues. Weistec on the other hand has had this kit out for awhile with a few guys running it. Some with issue's and some with good results.
What do you guys think?

I'm sorry, but a larger blower with a (supposedly) more efficient inter cooler should NOT have to rely on Meth to keep things cool.
Please read the highlighted very carefully because the proof is right here:
The car is in its developmental stage. The video provided is with 10 psi pulley which it put down 500whp at a dyno jet( dyno which we have used for years) The car previously made 508whp(around 15 psi) 180 asp pulley, 82mm tb, mbh header, injectors, and a trunk tank. With 5 psi less the the new charger is it around the same power.

Here's an altered VW beetle

And Chris has it right...
BTW - Unaltered does not mean no different blower, no headers, no pulley, etc. They mean stock/oem wheelbase, frame/sheetmetal, and safety equipment as explained by the tech at my local track. The tech told me the rule book was silent on this in case the rule changes proved to be unsafe. So far, he told me that the tracks have never been so busy and the NHRA is thrilled because they feel like its a resurgance of the sport.
So someone with a 2013 Smart car that came stock with 47 hp can put in a 700 hp motor and run 10.0 legally?
