We are exited to announce the plans to build one of the strongest E55's out there.

Here are our plans and some pictures to start it off!

The Engine:

The engine work is already complete! We decided on darton sleeves, mahle pistons and its one mm over standard so it’ll be a 5.7L instead of 5.5

Here she is sitting in the showroom at the Houston shop ready to go!




We decided to add a Weistec blower to the build. Parts already arrived




Our end goal for this car is probably going to be around 800-850HP. It should be a monster!!

We will be using our own software for the build and writing that file from scratch as we did with this monster




We already have plans for the cooling aspect of the project and those will be released soon! Tranny is being built to handle 1000whp so that won't be a problem either.

Sounds like fun! I wish you guys would develop a larger intercooler for our stock blowers

 

Any chance you will be bringing this thing up to MIR in November Would love to give it a go on the spray.

EvoSport actually made the top mount coolers, they were too small I think and they never released them. The price was too high especially because it came at the same time as the Weistec was being developed. Now EvoSport is history so you can't even buy it. This would be a good mod and I don't see it being too hard. Hell instead of developing their own one of the companies should just get their hands on SLR coolers and just replicate them, 100% exactly. Is it really that hard? Anyways cool build can't wait. By the way is the HP target crank or wheel?

 

I like it! Keep it plain Jane with that silver paint and stock 55 front, clean the badges off it for the "sleeper of the year" award

nice , sweet build. Are you going to be raising compression? I assume with those #'s you are going with a set of fully ported heads and some type of custom cams.

 

Sweet! I'm glad someone knows how to tune that blower.

 

I'm most curious to see how Jerry and the crew resolve the cooling issues. It seems like Weistec never really got a good handle on that themselves.....

Jerry tuned Ahmad's car and as far as I know, the cooling wasn't an issue (maybe Ahmad will chime in here). Car put down over 600rwhp on a stock block. That car has a lot more potential.


I can't wait for all these cars to be complete! It's a whole new world these AMGs are getting into nowadays!
