Spinning tires on the dyno

Thanks Hayat for taking video and thanks to EC DC for dyno tuning my car.

The car spun tires hard and almost jumped off dyno

Thanks for all the help!

I felt like the car was going to jump off the dyno! I was like Hit red button!!! My natural instincts took over and I pressed the brakes on the car as well. For some reason every pull after that I reached for the seat belt

You know I'm not one to care much for dyno numbers and I can't wait to get to the track. Such a hectic schedule lately I haven't had time

There were some changes/improvement made but I don't want to post any numbers as that always seems to turn into a debate with the peanut gallery Its just a number

Yes it was. Did you have the silver E55 getting work done? It made me miss my E55 so much!

I actually took my drag radials off to get on the dyno. The rollers would eat drag radials alive. Not a good diea to dyno with drag radials. But yes it needs mo powa!!!

If you have a 63, then yes, go ahead.

If you have a 55K, then....FAWK NO! Unless Jerry tunes it.

Btw I know which one you have to.

Seriously, it has ****ty intake air temp problems, a less than ideal intake which can be/is helping out to make those iats worse. People have had to send their ecu back and forth trying to get a tune to work on their car or aren't offered a tune because they don't have the exact items Weistec wanted. And they have shown they will be little to no help if the tune they give you doesn't work correctly. Only way I would buy that thing is if the price went down to about half the cost it is currently at knowing you have multiple struggles ahead before it works properly such as getting someone else (Eurocharged) to tune it (more costs), changing the intake system (more costs), probably adding methanol injection or killer chiller (more costs) and dyno time for the tuning (more costs), not to mention the time needed for all the hassle.

I don't understand what happen to Speeddriven but chances are it would be a better route to go with them with their custom setup with the 2.9 Whipple and get them or Jerry from Eurocharged to tune it for you. Chances are they won't have that thing out for sale other than their 1 or 2 one offs since they seem to be gone with the wind again.

Or just get these 2 turbo kit guys to get their cars finished already and see if that is just a better route to go if Jerry ends up getting it tuned without to much struggle!

Your best bet, just buy a different car that can be modded to the higher levels much easier lol
