Changing Front suspension parts

I am ready to change most of my front suspension part on my E63 with 99K on it

Left And Right Lower Control Arms With Ball Joints & Bushings
Left And Right Ball Joints
Left And Right THRUST Control Arm

Any pointers on what will be most difficult part of the work ?

I got ball joint press and bought the ball joint separator. I will be using this instructions - https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w...oint-w211.html

Thank you in advance,
Serge

What symptoms are you having leading you to replace all the parts listed?

I had to grind the tips off my separator fork so it wouldn't dent the backing plate. Caliper bolts are TIGHT! and awkward.

Symptoms that I want to fix are :
1- wheel vibration from 55mph to 85mph+ ( alignment was done but didn't help much)
2- squeaking/creaking sound going over uneven surface or bumps
3- car has 99K and some front suspension parts on the car are original
4- most rubber bushings are very dry and even lubrication won't help when temp get colder ( i live in NY )

2 Bearing Bushing for Torsion Bar 211-333-1914

2 Rubber For Torsion Bar 211-323-0068

1 Control arm Left 211-330-8107

1 Control arm right 211-330-8207

1 Strut Arm Left 211-330-1511

1 Strut Arm Right 211-330-1611

1 Upper Control Arm Left 211-330-0138

1 Upper Control Arm Right 211-330-0138

2 Upper Ball Joint A000-330-1007

2 Lower Ball Joint 211-330-0435

2 Camber Bolts 000-330-0018

1 Outer Tie Rod Left 211-330-2703

2 Inner Tie Rods 230-338-0015

I went with OEM parts, what a joy the car is to drive.

Car has 103K on it, feels like a brand new car(not that I have ever owned one of those)

1) 55-85mph vibration can be attributed to wheel imbalance...

I have a '95 E300 which bottoms out on a dip in the road. Dealer replaced struts. Did nothing. I'm going back Friday, what can I ask them to look for next? Problem was they did NOT test ride it with 400 pound in the car. It only happens with my (300) weight plus a light passenger (130). One typical mechanic will never make it bottom out!

upgrade the bushing with K_Mac

did you check to see if the BJ were bad or are you just changing them because of the miles.
I have 75k and my friend at a local shop when over my car.
He said all parts were in perfect condition at 75k.
I am also in NYC.

I am afraid that from my own experience, using aftermarket suspension parts is not good, non original Ball joints don't last as long and their a pain to change without the correct tools, the rest is easy.
