i dont know but.... i got in the 120 mph with those today !!!

But in all seriousness, the tube from the dealer is only like $20. I know, a part form the dealer that isn't that outlandishly priced!

SD must be filthy. I have K&N's in mine and they work awesomely. I actually just removed the air boxes last night to get them painted, and the filters looked quite new after over a year. Note - if your filters are getting dirty faster- they are doing their job. A filter that's run in the same conditions and isn't dirty, is letting the dirt go elsewhere.

When you charge the K&N filters they aren't supposed to be soaked.

That said, I have some spare used K&N filters lying around if anyone wants me to clean/charge them. I'll sell em for half of stock value, shipped. I actually purchased a set for my car without realizing that the previous owner already had a set in.

Should be better than K&N, especially if you are using a car that has a MAF (yes we dont i know!).
Its worth a try.
