Do you have a code reader that will register throttle position %, if so hook up to the obd port , switch to live readout and monitor the % position when key on and the while cranking. Fuel pressure is good, now we need spark and the electronics to control, ie crank sensor, cam sensor, throttle sensor, you need MBtech support.

Just got done logging. Current codes again:

Fuel pressure:

Key on Engine off:

Here is after attempting to start it. Even after it stopped cranking, the engine remained at 105% load... Weird..

I also had an ASE Master tech look it over, and he says he would unbolt the exhaust or check for back pressure in the exhaust next. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help you guys help me. Honestly, I would be screwed without this forum and the people on it, so thank you to everyone helping thus far!!

does your supercharger spin freely? (the section directly after the clutch/ pulley). I watched your last cranking video and it soulds like its trying to start but it almsot sounds like something is really dragging down when cranking and holding back the engine. Ive seen a few cases where something inside the supercharger siezed and caused the engine to stall and not restart until the supercharger belt was removed.

SC spins freely, nothing hindering it whatsoever

I showed the video to the mechanic as well and he said that could be from it running and the cats being plugged preventing it to idle

There would have to be something physically dropped in the exhaust or shoved in there causing a complete blockage to be stoping the engine from starting at all. I'm not saying it's not possible... But very very unlikely... Unless you think someone is nasty enough to play that kind of prank on you

Car is always in the garage under video surveillance, and nothing but me has been around it unless I was present. So I doubt it's packed with something..

Why the 105% engine loading for starters, the other is with a plugged exhaust the car should still start when there is minimal pressure then stall out as back pressure increases. Other point is will the car run when the gas pedal is pushed down during start and short run episode?

Tried starting while holding the gas pedal down and it cranked normally but no start, or attempt to start.

Just put some fresh gas in to mix with the old. Also put in some octane booster. Plugs are black and soaked in fuel.

This place is a joke.
It will never start with fouled plugs.

I will pull all sixteen and have them sandblasted. These plugs have less than 10 miles on them...

Would not sand blast plugs, if any sand stay up inside of the plugs then it will get into the engine. Leave plugs out overnight, use a propane torch to just burn off, (use for seconds only) any fuel left or if feeling dangerous put them in the oven set at 150-200 degrees for 20 minutes. These plugs look really flooded or deposits inside of the engine have been washed and deposited on them. If you still have the old plugs put them back in and try a restart. Did you happen to get a throttle position % key on and when you depress the throttle does it change the %. Still think this is related, AMG55tech where are you!

If your screen shots were taken while cranking the engine you have no crank signal.

All plugs are out and will be cleaned tomorrow. Here's a few pics of the plugs with the fuel dried off. Sure is a lot of junk on them considering how many miles are on them...

Do you self a favour and just put new plugs into the engine. Those plugs look like they were used in a 72 vega that used 3 quarts of oil a day. This time go for NGK iridium as apparently your car does not like Bosch. Are these plugs of a colder value than stock?

Look up Sparkplugs.com for the proper plugs for your car. I have 2 63's so not familiar with what your 55 would take. \But 10 miles that is terrible. when you get this car running you need to go on a long drive down the highway to clean the engine out. You are getting close now.
