Good deals and lots of power to be had here.
Since I just sold one, let me save you the trouble of the (many) questions I got via PM:
-Yes, the supercharger needs to come off for first-time install.
-Yes, either the stock snout needs to be modified (like in the pic) or the larger snout for the 82mm is required. This is why the supercharger needs to come off. Once the new snout is on, then taking the TB off is just a 4-bolt (and a gasket) affair.
-No pin swap required on this MB TB.
Since I just sold one, let me save you the trouble of the (many) questions I got via PM:

no i bought them from some guy on here he said he can get alot so i didnt question him how or were he gets them, i slapped one on my car and few extras 
i've had em for a while at one point i couldn't remember were i left them
