Hey guys,
Trying to figure out what route to take. I want to hear some grunt while flooring it, but still be relatively quiet under normal driving conditions as well as on the highway.
I've looked into Eisenmann Race exhaust, Meisterschaft GT exhaust, or even a cutout to bypass the mufflers. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There was a pretty detailed thread a month or so ago. It had a good detail of each stage of the E55 muffler (stock, packing removed, tubes removed, etc). Videos as well.Originally Posted by kponti

my old set up on my 05 E55 that i use to have. Custom long tubes with primary,secondary and resonators deleted stock muffler.

While I dont have any clips yet. This weekend I installed a full vorsteiner C63 exhaust onto my E. I was surprised whole system almost bolted right up.

Interesting. I've never heard a Vorsteiner exhaust. Looking forward to the video.

so just to confirm, I can get any c63 rear mufflers then, and it should fit? for example the gt2 gthaus for c63?
