So I wrapped my whole car in 3M Gloss white, but I'm kinda thinking it looked better Silver? What do you guys think? I kinda want to take off the white? I didnt do the front and rear moldings yet... Here are some before & after pics...

With white and black colored cars I find it harder to see the cars curves and angles.

I like the white. How hard is the upkeep of it? Just water to wash? Does it scratch easy?

Yea its pretty easy to take care of, Microfiber + Water is pretty much all you need. You could also put some spray wax on too. I actually haven't touched it since the first week of October when I finsined it. It collected dust alot, but that was about it. I guess if you have one of those detail dusters, that would help.

Those things will trap more dirt and scratch your car than they will help.

Yea I guess that would be the case for a non-vinyl finish, but this stuff attracts dust more than anything. I haven't really seen how it responds to dirt/grime long term, but the best way to care for it is a Microfiber & Water. I'm just starting with the vinyl, but I know there are a million people on here that have been doing it for a long time that knows better than I do!

LOL! I'm bugging about having it white, your whole care is matte red! Well, the awesome part is that if you want if off, it comes off.

The white conceals the curves of the car, but overall it looks much better.

Its about as hard to upkeep as every other color.

To the OP, spray wax on a just "washed" surface isnt doing much in the way of paint protection. Spray wax is used inbetween waxes not as a substitue. Hope you are using more then just water and a microfiber towel.

Yup I agree with you, especially if we are talking about paint. This is vinyl, I think the spray wax is for shine, not protection. I don't even think your supposed to put any other type of wax on this stuff?

Haha I have a problem with mercedes putting them as stock wheels on our beautiful cars! You have a beautiful car now, go for some nice wheels it will set it off.
