Shardul is definitely the man. I'm relatively new here and his presence is what makes this forum as good as it is! Thanks for the help with my fault code and vacuum line issue Shardul!!

I just wanted to take a few mintues to share something I think most of us already know but for some of the new additions to the forum to realize about support on the forums. here is the backstory:
I purchased one of the first new SC pullies from Shardul. I was going through a divorce and the car wasn't ready so it sat on the shelf next to the looped fuel rail, 550cc injectors, 185mm ASP crank pulley, custom trunk tank and a few other goodies. I was absent from the forums for a bit with deployments, work and divorce consuming most of my time. When i returned I saw a few post about issues with a few SC pullies form the earlier batches having spring problems.
I contacted Shardul and asked what to do because I hadn't installed it yet. He gave me an address to the company, said to put a note in the box for them to check it out. It took me a few more months, but i finally got it in the mail. It was in the same box still.
A few days later Shardul asked me for the tracking number. When I went to check on it, it said "Undeliverable to address, processing for return". I was not a happy camper. I let Shardul know about the package and he said the address is correct. He also said, "Let me know when it gets back and I will send you a USPS label to slap on it that we use so it can get here" Pretty cool of him to offer up to take care of it!
That isn't even the best part. The next day the part shows up at UDP, Shardul's shop. Come to find out it wasn't deliverable because the Post Office damaged the box. This is what Shardul sends me:
"it showed up and box was open and pulley was damaged (seems like it fell on the floor) out of good faith i am sending you another one but this will be the end of any exchanges etc etc on my since the one returned was damaged due to postal negligence and I am out of pocket on one sc pulley"
I don't have a clue what the Post office did becuase I am one of those guys who tapes the **** out of a package...it's a feat to open christmas presents I wrap.
He didn't have to do that, but being the stand up guy he is...he took care of it. I have bought a lot of parts from him, and will continue to do so...all you new guys out there, don't shy away from UDP...they will make your car fast and not bust your pockets doing so.
So, thanks Shar for being DA MAN and taking care of business like a true professional!!

Hi
I can also confirm that Shardul is "da man". I live near Antarctica...(Australia) and I have been very surprised the amount of time and effort that Shardul has offered me. He has even advised me about things on my E55 that he knows I had purchased elsewhere.
My first item I purchased off him was a clutched supercharger pulley, then I went back to him and purchased a laptop with Star DAS on it and he even went to the trouble of talking to me on the phone about how to use it and if I ever need him to contact him anytime for assistance. Then several months later I purchased a belt wrap kit and the 5 piece idler pulley kit and I even sent him shopping for some parts for me that he does not normally carry and he posted these as well to me in Australia... not bad for a gentleman I have never met.
I feel that confident dealing with Shardul that I honestly feel like anything I need from the US I just send him a message and pay him to do it and it gets done without any issues.
Yes Shardul is "DA MAN".
Regards,
OZZYAMG

Just repeating what everyone else has said. Shardul has helped me many times for minor things and questions about mods etc.
He has an almost GUARANTEED response time of less than an hour, it's ridiculous; I will concur with 'GregMB' that the guy never sleeps!
He is one of the most valuable sources of information on the forum and always helps folks out, this isn't the first case with the OP.

.....and when you do, he'll send you things like this:
Shardul coordinated this "special order" ASP 172mm crank pulley kit for me.
As always it was super-easy to do business with him and get the information I needed. Even though this was a custom part, the whole process still happened remarkably fast.
So... to clarify and further amplify my earlier comments: Shardul is actually more like a zombie Santa Claus, not just a zombie.

Again, to echo Shardul's great customer service and how awesome he is.
Case in point, I ordered the diag system from him. When the laptop arrived, the laptop screen was dead, most likely damaged from shipping. Called Shardul up immediately, explained to him what I'm seeing, and without any hesitation, he said no problem just send the laptop back and he'll take care of it. Two weeks later, he sends back a laptop in fully working order AND he will also reimburse me the shipping charge. I was really disappointed that the laptop was DOA initially but ***** happens. But what made up for it was with how he took care of it all. Kudos!
Oh if anyone in NYC needs access to star lmk!

Feelin da love I too echo everything said in theses comments! Only a recent member here and when I was seeking advice on upgrades in the forum Shardul immediately offered supportive advice via PM, coming across more of an enthusiast wanting to help a fellow AMG driver rather than simply being a vendor.

Thanks Shardul
New to the forum. After being confused on some things I messages him. Not only did he reply he called and spent 30mins explaining some things to me. Bought a 5 piece asp pulley set and he replied in seconds to install questions. Thank you very much Shardul!
