Star Diagnostics or equivilent, Boston North
I was wondering if there was anybody in the Boston area that has a star setup to hook up to my 07 E63, no check engine lights or anything but just seems to be running a little rough at idle. And while it's hooked up I would probably want to reset my trans shift points as well, seems to be a bit sluggish, and I haven't really been driving it like I stole it so the shifting is a bit bland...
let me know. I am north of Boston, and up in Portsmouth NH during the day.

You don't need the Star Diag to reset the transmission. Follow these instructions: Click Here

Hi John, I have tried the sneaky ecu reset, doesn't work on the 07 e63, I could disconnect the battery overnight but I figure if I get my hands on a star there are a few other things I could do as well, adjust the ride height, window opening and closing with key etc....

pm'ed Shardul, he doesn't do the rentals any more. I am going to check with granite state dyno to see if they have access to one, make the mods and get it on the dyno afterwards.

I just acquired a Star Diagnostics system and will be learning how to use it, if anyone in the greater Boston needs to plug in and read codes or whatnot, feel free to PM me.
