Very Low Mileage 2005 E55 For Sale - 41K miles!

Clean history, I bought as second owner three years ago from a real estate developer in Portland who only drove it on weekends. 41K miles total currently. Meticulous maintenance.
Mods:
-Eurocharged 180 Crank (the OE based one so no worries) and ECU tune. Installed by a local expert. Can also include stock OEM pulley by request.
-Upgraded EC Heat Exchanger
-Meziere IC Pump
-Star lowered
-Tint all glass
-Wrapped roof panel
-Parrot Bluetooth w/ integrated Mic
-Sirius OEM added
Optional Equipment:
- Pretty "base" as far as options go, does not have:
Active Seats, Electronic Trunk Closer, Rear Shade, Cooled seats, Distronic, Parking sensors, Keyless go, or Pano roof
Car is in Seattle, WA.
Make me an offer I can't refuse! With the low mileage, excellent condition, and aftermarket upgrades I'm looking for $24K'ish.....but open to discussion/flexible.

$100 Deductible. Warranty is active and valid until 2/20/2018 or until 72,438 miles. So nearly 30K miles left (on a 6 yr/60K mile contract). $40 warranty transfer fee.

Do you have any interior shots?
Any particularly significant scheduled (or otherwise) maintenance coming due in the next, say, six months to a year...
Beautiful car. GLWS.
Thanks for the compliments! I'll update thread with interior pics this weekend. No significant scheduled maintenance coming soon.
Some addl' related info:
Tires: Nov 2013 I bought new Michelin Pilot Sport AS3. They have about 11K miles on them. Great shape.
Brakes: At 38K miles they had 40% remaining on the Fronts, 65% on the Rears. That was 4K miles ago. I don't typically drive the car very hard at all so imagine they are still very similar status.
Service History: Have not had anything major needed on the car, despite me having two different independent shops, and local dealer do thorough inspections over last couple of years. Sept 2014 was last service, at 38K miles, did "B" service. No other repairs, services needed at that time. Nov 2013 was prior service at 30k miles, standard service (oil, etc.). Nothing else needed at that time. Prior to that were just standard services as well. Only other work I've had done has been related to the upgrades (crank pulley kit, heater exchange upgrade, ECU tune, Parrot Bluetooth module install, and the OEM Satellite Radio install. I also did tint on all glass, and the roof is vinyl wrapped black.)
Paintwork: None.
Work needed/Imperfections: Nothing mechanical. Cosmetic could probably find a few minor things. I did recently have a leather expert take a look at drivers side left bolster area, some normal wear and tear there but I'm pretty picky. $125 repair, I would probably do soon if I end up keeping the car. The driver side window tint could probably be replaced, there is a blemish on the very top edge...I would guess that's $50-100. There is normal hood wear/tear (rock chips) but I hadn't felt strongly enough to invest in the film protection (I think it's kind of pricey?).....other than that nothing. Wheels are perfect (never rashed). Everything else tip top.
Includes fully paid, transferable Fidelity Platinum with 4 more years of coverage. Car was just completely gone through by MB of Bellevue service covering: Engine Mounts, Tranny Mount, Valve Cover, and SC Pulley all replaced under warranty (stealership charged $5K for this). Only outstanding item is front brakes will be due fairly soon (still some life left, service message has not come up yet).
Given value of above, low mileage, and overall condition I am asking for $24K firm.
PM me if interested!

Thanks Chiefy! Yes they are solid, but they sure charged a TON of labor. Guess that's why it pays to have warranty coverage if your not experienced enough for DIY (definitely my case).

Do you by chance have a VMI with all the options listed?
I'll request a VMI from the dealer. In the meantime this link has all the general info: http://carinfo.kiev.ua/cars/vin/merc...ck?su=s7c07up0
