Looped rail, phenolic spacers, injectors and some powder coating all done. And some pretty beast tubes! Oh and a bored 82mm throttle body.

That looks super clean - cleaner than a new car on any lot under the hood.

Ehhh - now I am angry about that Star badge that is broken on my E55...

What pulley do you drive? What else mods do you have?
Can you share some info on the "bored" 82mm TB? Is it all running fine tune wise?

Drove it for 5 miles last night on my original BIP tune. Have a 77mm FSP to install this weekend and going Eurocharged tune with it.
Car has Kleeman mids, Belt wrap kit, Fabtech heat exchanger, Bosch 010 pump, Fabtech trans cooler, 5pc idler pulley kit, Fabtech catch can, K&N's, carbon beast tubes, 550cc injectors, 85mm TB, looped rail, phenolic spacers, 3000k stall and EC tcu tune.
77mm FSP, full exhaust and tune this weekend.
Coilovers, front bushing kit and finish installing UPD rear kit next week.

It can be repaired better than new for not a lot of money. A few on this forum have replaced the star with a rear trunk badge. Just make sure it is the larger one. Alternatively a new oem shield runs about $150. Here's how the badge looks:

Thank you. Not to flashy but wasn't going for looks. Initial tests and I reduced temps 11-15 degrees on stuff I coated.

Two Torque Monsters...E55/Viper
I disapprove...quit making the other local E55's feel neglected. Mine only got CF Beast Tubes (used), K&N's, and some scoops!

Who powdercoated local? ABJ said they couldn't tape off the AMG on the surge tanks so I painted mine...I'm thinking they just could have wiped it off...but I got impatient.

You can sand off the paint on the AMG logo for the surge tanks

Did you get change to bring your new setup to dyno yet and what is it putting down now?

No dyno yet. Been waiting over a month for MB to get my fuel tank parts in. As soon as that gets done installing coilovers and get a full tune done. Car is pulling like a freight train already and still A/F 10.2 on top of 3rd and 4th gears.
