My "Other Other Benz."
Suspension is H&R sports with two coils removed from the front, one on the rear, all sitting on #1 spring pads, which is the thinnest of the pads. Unfortunately no one makes coilovers for these cars and air is a 100% custom setup, so most resort to cutting springs to get them low.
Anyway, here she is! Wheels are 18x9/10 ET +10/+5 Niche Citrine 3-pc. in polished copper with 225/40 and 255/35 Nexen SU1. Enjoy!

GIGANTIC fenders. There's still an inch wider to go, which is what I'll be doing next week.
Probably not as we have family in town this weekend. We need to catch up though, looking forward to seeing the new beast!
I'm a huge SEC fan and will have one dropped on hammers pretty soon. I have the BMW version currently :-)
I had a 928 too not long ago- would have loved all 3 80s GT coupes in the garage at once!
I'm all 80s all the time ;-)

I have restored it but it's waiting for paint and the rest of the suspension pieces then it goes back to the dyno for final tuning.
Anyone going to caffine and octane this weekend?
How do you like the Nexen tires? I am thinking of upgrading to 16x8 wheels on my w201. But to avoid rubbing or the need for spacers or fender rolling, I will need 225/45/16 tires, which are hard to come by for a reasonable price. The Nexens you have come in that size, and they seem reasonably cheap.
