Dashdaq install ?

My Dashdaq equipment arrived yesterday. Few questions? Where does everyone install the IAT sensor? Where to install EGT probe?
Thanks

Iat I use the obd since I want to know exactly what the car sees, I wouldn't want to put a sensor that could read 10* colder or warmer

Egt sensor would go on the header collector iirc

Thank you. Was thinking the same thing on IAT sensor but in texts with sales at Zeitronix they said I needed a IAT sensor.

FWIW, I put my EGT sensor as close to the engine as possible, on the #8 cylinder runner.

That's a very good question, one I have been asking here for quite some time and have never gotten a response.

From looking at Dashdaq logs I typically see around 800-1000F cruising dependent on engine load. Idle I usually see about from 600-700F once warmed up. 1-3rd pull EGT's seem to top out around 1100-1200F.

Perhaps, I really don't know. I do know that on the 1st-3rd pulls, at 4500RPM in third EGT's are around 1050F. At 6K RPM they are at about 1150. AFR usually holds between 10.8 and 11.4 from ~4500RPM up to redline.

Getting Dashdaq installed today. Anyone have a ECM pinout diag for wiring sensors? Did you guys wire in at main harness? Thank you!

Any issues with Dashdaq not reading correctly? Someone telling my elec guy that the Zietronix stuff wont display correct numbers from factory sensors?

Iirc it was
C3 pin 2 for rpm which is the camshaft position sensor (it's a pink color but mine was almost peach because the heat changed it) be carful, if you count the pins it will be fine

C3 pin 21 for tps ( yellow )
