I've got a w211 mercedes and i want an amg logo on startup..i tried 3,5,7 trick but it dont apear amgw211_ece/usa anywhere..someone please help me what should i do ? Thanks

it's 5,3,7...hold each button then the next....after you set ut turn radio off and shut the car off for a minute.....after that it will show..BTW the AMG logo appears and goes away quick...

I think the numbers vary by country also - are you in the U.S?

the menu cames up by presing 5,7 and 3 but i can't find amgw211 anywhere at this menu :/

I have not been able to add AMG logo to 2007- 2009 W211. No problem to add to 2004 - 2006 W211.

I had no problems and mine is a 2008. Not sure if firmware updates via navigation DVD has any influence on this or not. I'm currently running 2014 maps (V13) fwiw.

Not that it really matters because as stated earlier, the AMG logo doesn't stay up for very long - the warning text immediately is shown afterwards. I don't know how to disable that...
