Do you have an 82mm TB. Going that big on pulley I would suggest bigger fuel injectors. Your cooling should be ok. Killer chiller would be great.

Running a 190 or above you want more than a keyway to stop it all going pear shaped. But I'm pretty sure the op can run a crank lock with the upd cp so as long as the cooling cuts it he should be good to go? Def want that extra layer of protection with the lock or like you say you're playing dice.

the crankshaft has a full machined keyway with crank extension... injectors, 82mm TB, and long tubes... i was running a 180/84 setup, but the upper pulley is **** quality and has worn out where it meets the bearing... the bearing is fine, but the pulley is wollered out... 195mm and stock upper will put me where i was before...

You guys know that pinning they pulley is no big deal right????
I'd never put a pulley on a car of any size bigger then stock without pinning it.

the 195mm are out of stock... 3-4 weeks out... contemplating replacing my upper with another one, but the way this one wore out, im skeptical whether the aftermarket pulleys will stand up to stacked pulleys...

Out Of Control!!
So then he admits them being faulty previously? Interesting. Does he plan on reimbursing all the people who's cars were damaged as a result?

just touching on the UPD pulley, i have ran it for approx 5k miles... i built a tool to bolt to the converter bolts and hits the oil pan... this allows me to recheck torque on the crank bolt... its been 250ft lbs every time i have checked it, its never budged... i literally had the under panels off the other day to put an O2 sensor in, i took 5 minutes extra to double check the crank bolt... however, my crank does have a full machined keyway, crank extension that pins into the end of the crank but not into the balancer, and ARP crank bolt... it runs perfectly true...
