Does this look normal ??

My 2005 E55 AMG (Bone Stock) has 40K miles on it.
It has been making this noise (Which I have been told by stealership is normal). Specifically a ticking noise from the left wheel well.
But I thought I should still ask you guys here.
Please check the 3 videos on here. Let me know if this sounds normal to you for an E55 ?
The Fourth video I made was to check the engine mount. Please have a look and let me know if that amount of Engine movement is normal ?

Thanks again

the ticking is probably the oil pump chain tensioner, mine does it also..quite annoying. Your motor does seem to move a bit much to me....

It helps to put the car in drive, then raise the RPM up a touch to see if the motor flops over.

The fourth video for the engine movement..... I do have my foot on the brake and then I put it in reverse followed by drive. That's what's causing the car to lurch. But point is for that type of check is the amount of movement of the engine block normal?

I thought it sounded like you were just revving the engine and did not have it in gear. Looks normal to me, I've had my mounts replaced before, and when they were bad the engine would pop up a solid inch or more when load was placed on it.

engine movement looked ok.

You really need parking brake on, press brakes and rev it to load the drivetrain.

The sound is from the oilpump tensioner.

Yeeeeeeeup......have had this sound for a year and a half now. Bought all the parts plus an oil pump to get rid of the whine at start up. Just waiting for the winter to roll around.

Here is a video of my bad motor mounts. You can see the engine lift up pretty good.
