Urgent Help! Please Help

Hey guys, I posted earlier that I was getting a red brake malfunction message, I thought it was the SBC. I just noticed brake fluid coming from a front wheel. I took the wheel off quick and seen that the fluid is coming from the hard brake line that connects each side of the caliper, looks like a crack from rust. Could you guys please tell me which part # this is? It is the drivers side caliper.

Here is a photo. The yellow goo is a gasket paste I'm using to stop/slow the leaking so the reservoir doesn't run dry.

Waaaw, sorry to hear that..!,

unfortunate, this connector line NOT coming separately, it comes with a caliper assembly..!!,

what happened to that line, what makes it leak..??

thats what I was afraid of..

It looks like a small crack in the line, looks just like it has a tiny bit of rust on it

Maybe porsche connecting line could fit, not that sure, cause it should be (10x1)..!

Having one made is a possibility. a brake shop could make you a new one.

Go to Autozone, Advance auto or the like and buy some brake line. Cut it and bend it to fit, then put your old fittings ( if the threads are different then what came on the new line) on the new line and double flare the ends and replace. No big deal

Agreed !! GL trying to retrofit this line... It does not come separate or buying separate from the caliper. It pretty rare to see this line leaking. You must of hit it with something hard in order to leak..
