yes you would keep the rear shocks,,,,,the front coilovers would hive you some control adjustments and height but this thing is not a track car,,, this setup would be easy to install because you dont need rear lower control arms and cheaper --- use star to code out the airmatic,,,,, thoughts ?

I see two potential problems. First, there are wires going into the rear shocks. Don't know if that matters. Second, the arnott springs have no height adjustment. Not really a problem I guess, but I like to ride a little below stock height.
Let us know how it works out, as I would like to keep my factory A-arms with K-mack

I like the lathe idea. Thanks. So I guess the wire does matter. I still have time. Airmatic works and it's about to get parked for the winter.

I purchased H&R lowering springs, and NAPA shocks. The front shocks are ride height adjustable and the rear height is adjusted with the pads that sit on top of the springs to get you the exact stance you want with a shock/spring combo. Or get stock springs and set the shocks and pads to the lowest level. You will need the rear control arms, and front shocks mounts. This all cost me under $800 doing the work yourself.
