TUNE. best choose

Hello benz ppl,
Need your advice!!!
the thing is in our country we do not have tuners that tune MB it's all about american muscle and I actually owne a ws6 procharger and bought this ❤2003 e55 and I really love the car and performance but unfortunately no one have the cable and software to tune it, and must get tune and the same time I'm confused what is the best choice, beginners mods:p k&n filters cats del and crank pulley, I had a run in a dyno jet
418whp 475wtq and I'm glad to have this power it seems everything is fine just my afr is 13 Lean (

in the first place I was thinking to get if from FTP then I did a Google search
And get confused more lol with many other options vr tune, eurocharger tune, oe my genius....
what I really need is to be in a safe tune such timing and afr, and what's good.

So your advice and results, its helpful for me and others in my situation thanks in advance ❤

Not sure where you're located, but it's all about the fuel. What kind of fuel do you have access to?

Assuming it's 91 PON (US ratings system) without ethanol blended into it, you shouldn't have too many issues with tuners. We can tune the car through the OBD and email using the MyGenius. The only issue would be the TCU tune, as we'd need to have the TCU here. The same is true, I'm sure, for just every other tuner.

didn't realise that the 55k needed a TCU tune, many have run for a decade with out it

"Need" is a strong word, but you can definitely improve your 1/4 mile MPH and ET with a TCU tune. We've done quote a lot of them over the years, with many happy customers.

We have tuned and built E55s in the past, but yeah- we did recently remove them from the website since there didn't seem to be much interest for a while. It seems like they all have the ECU and pulley, Kleemann is blowing out headers so cheap it's not worth making 'em, etc. Now guys are starting to really push the envelope with built transmissions and sleeved engines with billet pistons and things like that- so we'll see. They may need to make a comeback on the site.
