I know this is the 55 forum, but I figured I would get some more input in here.
I recently picked up a used RENNtech supercharger from a CLK500. It's a little rough around the edges, but I plan on restoring it back to new and throwing it on my 4matic E500 Wagon. As for cooling, I plan on replicating the 55K cooling system utilizing an aftermarket HE, Bosch pump, and split cooling.

The pulley spins by hand which is a good sign I'm 99% positive it's a Kenne Bell supercharger:
Found a replacement bypass valve actuator (Kenne Bell unit) which interestingly enough has a Mercedes part number on it:
I'd love to get some thoughts on which throttle body to run (factory or larger?) and fuel rail and injectors (stock everything?). The newest versions of the RENNtech kit I have seen contain a large looped rail with what looks like larger injectors:
Anyone also have a good recommendation for a supercharger rebuilder? Want to have everything taken apart, and cleaned up or replaced if necessary.

I mean, there's not a ton left to do. Supercharger rebuild, cooling, fuel, and tune. I think having the blower complete with manifold is probably 75% of the journey. I love my wagon, and I love that wagon, too.
