Transmission issues
Took her to the track today and got around 4 runs in and on the way home I heard a very loud whining noise and eventually the check engine light came on and the cel was p0715 and went into limp mode which only gave me one gear but I was less than a mile away from home so I limped her home, any ideas as to what the problem is?

It happened to me, turned out to be a female passenger. I resolved the issue by dumping her a$$ to the curb. No more whining.

Honestly I'm not that worried because I have an aftermarket warranty and the trans is covered but just got it towed to get some diagnostics done.

Already planned that because it has a slight leak but every shop I took it to said nothing to worry about but if it's out I'm definetly changing the rear main seal.

For the 3k stall I heard many good things about but the only problem is the warranty might not cover a 3k tc.

the whine usually is from the pump starving for fluid, drop the pan and check the filter for clogs.

The wine followed the revs even in neutral, would that still be a pump related?

Going to drop it probably tomorrow if not Saturday but I will take a look, I have a dip stick and when I checked the fluid it had the correct amount in it and it looked clean, the last time the fluid and filter was changed was around at 30 or 40k miles, I have 72k now.

Dropped the pan and found small pieces of metal in pan today so just sent in a claim for a new trans, hopefully all goes well with the warranty company
