So he tried turning it off and starting it again but obviously it didnt start because its in Drive... I word as a truck driver and haul cars. Im picking it up myslef this weekend and i decided to ask maybe one of u guys have an idea what could be the problem?

Out Of Control!!
A=put the car on a lift and inspect\disconnect\move the linkage; B=find someone with excellent diagnostic software and interrogate the TCU---wada you get

Charge the battery, don't boost it. The shifter linkage is visible underneath if you can get it in the air. I don't think it will raise up until you start it.

I misread your post, I don't know where the actual switch is. Somebody here does.

Hey guys! Whoever still here. I couldn’t log in for a longest time but im back.. and the car we spoke about 3 years ago))) here it is))) of course i had to have e63 front upgrade and rims were my luck to find for cheap
soooo the car cost me 3,500$
i winched on the trailer, used a lot of wood cuz it was on the floor. When i got home I connected the linkage together, shifter it in park and walla! Drove it home and driving it every day. Crank pulley just went deciding on should i get an oem size or bigger. Thanks everyone!

Welcome back! A crank pulley is great if you can afford it. Lot's of surface area for belt grip Proper installation is critical. Are you up on all your maintenance?

Im thinking about it, my question is, arent u stretching tentioner or the belt by having a larger crank??
yea i have new plugs new mounts fresh oil, trans flushed but still having that little jerk, read that it could be pwm solenoid.
