I jus wondered would it explain if there is only one connected? Shift to high works and the shift to low also shift to higher. There has to be two connected, am I wrong? Could it be just coded to work like that?
It is a T30. Should not be very tight (spec is 8Nm or so).

(in this paddle wiring strategy ... first used in CLS55, SLK55, C55) IF your down paddle is disconnected, your up paddle will still work .... by contrast, in the older "analog" strategy (used in 2003-2006 SL55/65, CL55/65, S55/65, and SLR MacLaren ,,, and 2003-2004 E55 and CLK55) ANY break in the shift button connections would cause the car to think that you are holding the up shift button (constantly)

But it do not constantly shift up when I press the low paddle. It will change it up one by one. Also it shifts up one by one when pressing the up paddle.

Manual operation from the shifter works.

I do not understand 😊

NO point in speculating until we confirm the connections at the N135
