I've sent a couple emails also with no response. I think they are a "call them on the phone" type of company.

Call to talk.. It will probably take longer to get your product (a month)... be patient ... these are custom fab.. top notch... worth the wait

I tried PM on the message board and got nothing. I sent an email in MBH signature and got a response within an hour.

Id call in, leave a message if needed. Might be a wait but he recently posted he has some inventory. worth the wait.
But they will loose a lot of potential buyers by not responding. I was going to use them too, but since I didn't get any return email or phone call back, I went another route.
