Top up coolant message, is it my head bolts?
So I got the message as I was driving. Drove it for like 10 min after and it didn't ride any different except for the brakes. I'm like an hour from my house at school, what should I do?

Just top it off with water for now and watch your temperature gauge. As long as you aren't blowing white smoke and your temperature gauge doesn't fluctuate while driving you'll be good to go!

only the M156 had head bolt issues. says you drive a 300 SRT we don't know much about Hemi's

Once you get situated check hoses for signs of leakage.
Also possible you have a split or loose hose somewhere.

Keep an eye on the oil level. If you're losing coolant and don't know where it's going then your oil level may be increasing due to coolant leaking into it.

Check the plastic line from the radiator reservoir to the radiator hoses. They get old, brittle, and leak/break.
